The main check of cylinder barrel inner surface is whether the tolerance of size and shape meet the technical requirements, whether there are longitudinal pull marks, and measure the depth of longitudinal pull marks in order to take corresponding solutions. The cylinder barrel is repaired by strong honing process when there is slight deformation and shallow pulling marks. The strong honing process can repair cylinder barrels that are within 2.5 times of the original tolerance. It is honed by strong honing machine to the part of size or shape error, so that the overall size, shape tolerance and roughness of the cylinder meet the technical requirements. If the cylinder barrel inner surface is seriously worn and there are deep longitudinal pull marks, the cylinder barrel will be mapped and replaced by the professional manufacturer according to the cylinder barrel manufacturing process, or the cylinder barrel can be repaired by using TS311 grinding reduction repair agent. In the repair process, use the alloy scraper to shave out the groove of more than 1mm depth on the surface of slip injury, then clean the groove surface with acetone, use the cylinder bore profiling board to apply the TS311 reducing abrasive patch on the polished surface, scrape hard to ensure the compaction and higher than the cylinder inner surface. After curing, polish to leave the finishing margin, and finally grind to make the cylinder overall size, shape tolerance and roughness to meet the requirements. However, the life and reliability of this kind of repaired cylinder are not high.
3.Inspection and maintenance of piston rod and guide sleeve
he relative motion between the piston rod and the guide sleeve is the main factor causing external leakage. If the chromium-plated layer on the piston rod surface peels off or produces longitudinal pull marks due to wear, this will directly lead to the failure of the seal. Therefore, the focus should be on checking whether the piston rod surface roughness and form tolerances meet the technical requirements. If the piston rod is bent, it should be straightened to meet the requirements or mapped in kind and manufactured by a professional manufacturer. If the piston rod surface plating wear, slip injury, local flaking can be taken to grind away the plating, re-chromium surface processing process.
4.Inspection and maintenance of buffer valve
For the valve buffer hydraulic cylinder, focus on checking the wear of the buffer valve spool and valve seat. Once it is found that the amount of wear increases and the seal fails, it should be replaced, or the spool and seat can be repaired by using abrasives to match the grinding method.
